Bharwa Baingan Banane ke Liye Aawashyak Samagari:- (4 Logon ke liye)

  • Chhote baingan (250 Gram)
  • Mungfali dana (1/4 Cup)
  • Nariyal (Coconut) (2 bade spoon) (Kaddukas kiya huya)
  • Lahsun (4/5 kaliyan) (Kaddukas kiya huya)
  • 1 Bada Piyaaj (Kata huya)
  • Haldi Powder (1/2 Chhota Chammach)
  • Laal Mirch Powder (1/2 Chhota Chammach)
  • Dhaniya Powder (1/2 Chhota Chammach)
  • Garam Masala Powder (1/4 Chhota Chammach)
  • Jeera Powder (1/4 Chhota Chammach)
  • Jeera (1/4 Chhota Chammach)
  • Imli ka guda (2 Chammach)
  • Namak (Sawadanusar)
  • Tel (Mustard oil) (2 bade chammach)
  • Pani (Water) (1 Cup)

Bharwa Baingan banane ki Vidhi

  • Pahle aap sabhi baingan ko acchhi tarah dho lijiye. Aab aap ek-ek karke sabhi baingan mein cheera laga dijiye, Aur sabhi baingan ko pani mein dal kar kuchh der ke liye rakhiye.
  • Aab aap munfali aur nariyal (coconut) ko roast (yani thoda sa fry) kar lijiye.
  • Aab aap Gas ko ON kar lijiye aur ek pan mein tel (mustard oil) dal kar garam kar lijiye. Tel garam hone ke bad usmein piyaaj aur lahsun ko bhun lijiye. Jab piyaaj thodi si mulayam (naram) ho jaye, toh Gas band kar de.
  • Aur Piyaaj ko thanda (cold) hone dijiye. Thanda (Cold) hone ke bad mungfali, nariyal (coconut), piyaaj, lahsun, ko mixi mein dal kar barik pees lijiye. Peese huye mixer ko kisi bartan mein nikal kar usmein sare sukhe masale (Yani Haldi Powder, Dhaniya Powder, Laal Mirch Powder, Garam Masala Powder) aur Imli ka guda aur Namak (sawadanusar) dal dijiye.
  • Is Mixer ko baingan mein achchhe se bhar dijiye.
  • Aab aap ek alag pan mein tel ko garam kijiye aur usmein jeera dal de. Jeera ke chatakane ke bad aap usmein mixer se bhare huye baingan ko ( yani stuffed baingan) ismein dal dijiye. Fir aap ek cup pani daal kar dhakkan band kar dijiye.
  • Aab aap dheeme aanch par 30-35 minute tak pakaye, taki stuffed baingan mulayam (naram) ho jaye. Aab aapke stuffed baingan (Bharwa Baingan) tyar hain.
  • Aur aapne family members ke saath is bharwa baingan ko serve kijiye. Aur is Bharwa Baingan Recipe ka aanand uthayiye.
