Tamatar ki chutney banane ke liye aavashyak samagri-

  • 10 Tamatar (madhyam aakar ke lijiye)
  • 4 Piyaaj (Barik kate huye)
  • Hari mirchi (4,5 kaliyan)
  • Hara dhaniya (Barik kata huya)
  • Aadarak ( Barik kate huye)
  • Lahsun (8-10 kaliyan)
  • Sarso ka tel (2 Tea-spoon)
  • Kaali mirch
  • Namak (swadanusar)
  • Jeera (1 chhoti chammach)
  • Haldi Powder (1 Tea-spoon)
  • Dhaniya Powder (1 Tea-spoon)
  • Laal mirchi Powder (1 Tea-spoon)
  • Garam masala (1 Tea-spoon)
  • Sugar (1 tea spoon )

Tamatar ki Chutney Recipe in Hindi

  • Sabse pahle aap tamatar ko mote-mote tukde kar le, piyaaj, hari mirchi, hara dhaniya, lahsun, aadarak ko kaat kar rakh le. Fir aap mirchi, aaradak aur lahsun ko mixi me dal  kar pest bana le.
  • Aab aap Gas ko ON kar lee. Aur dheemi aanch par kadahi chadha do, fir usme ik badi chammach sarso ka tel dale. Tel ko garam karke usme jeera dale, jeera laal hone par usme mirchi, lahsun, aadarak aur lahsun ka bana hua pest dale.
  • Pest ko tab tak pakaye jab tak thoda laal na ho jaye.Aab isme piyaaj dale aur thodi der ke liye ise dhak kar rakh de, fir isme namak (sawadanusar), haldi powder, dhaniya powder, laal mirchi powder dale. Aur ise 5-10 minute tak dhak kar rakh de.
  • Masala pakane ke ke bad aap usme kate huye tamatar aur garam masala dale. Ise bhi thodi der ke liye dhak kar rakh de. Aur 10-15minute tak pakaye.Pakne kee bad aap usme kata hua hara dhanaya dal de.
  • Aab aapki swadist aur majedar tamatar ki chatni tyar hai. Jise aap garma-garam chapati ya parathe ke sath kha sakte hai
