Hello friends Toh kese hai aap sab. Kya aap jante hai ki gharon me rojana banne wali Aalu Ki Sabji Recipe in Hindi ko aur bhi sawadist bana sakte hai. Toh chaliye aaj ham aalu ki sabji banana batayenge ki kese banayi jaa sakti hai. Jo aapko banane me aasan aur khane me majedar lage. Aayiye, Toh shuru karte hai:

Aalu ki Sabji banane ki Samagari:-

  • 8 Aalu (madhyam aakar mein kate huye)
  • 4 Tamatar ( chhote akar mein kate huye)
  • 3 Piyaaj (barik kata huya)
  •  4,5 Hara Mirchi (barik kata huya)
  • Hari Dhaniya (barik kati huyi)
  • Aadrak (barik kata huya)
  • Lahsun (7-8 kaliyan)
  • Tel (1 badi chhammach)
  • Jeera
  • Namak ( sawadanusar)
  • Haldi Powder (1 Tea-spoon)
  • Dhaniya Powder (2 Tea-spoon)
  • Laal mirch Powder (1 Tea-spoon)
  • Garam Powder (1 Tea-spoon)

Aalu ki sabji Banane ki vidhi (AALU KI SABJI RECIPE IN HINDI)

  • Sabse phle aap aalu ko kaat ke rakh le. Tamatar, Piyaaj, Mirchi, Lahsun, Aadarak ke mote-mote kaat le, fir aap inka mixi me daal ke pest bana le. Thode se lahsun ko rakh le, taki sabji me tadke ke liye kaam aye.
  • Aab aap Gas ko ON kar le, fir dheemi aanch par aap kadahi chadhaye,usme tel dale garam hone par jeera aur lahsun dale, unko laal hone de. Jeere aur lahsun ke laal ho jane par aap usme bana hua piyaaj,tamatar, lahsun, aadrak ka pest dale, use dheeme aanch par pakne de, jab tak laal-bhure na ho jaye.
  • Paake huye masale me namak (sawadanusar) dale, haldi powder, dhaniya powder, laal mirchi powder dale, ise bhi thodi der tak pakaye, use pakne ke liye dhakan se dhank de.
  • Masale ko 10-15 minute tak acche se pakaye, fir usme jo aapne aalu kaate the unko masale me acche se milaye aur upar se garam masala dale aur fir thoda sa pani dal le, taki jale na.fir aap apne aanusar usme pani dal le yadi apko pani wali sabi banani h toh, nahi toh aap thoda- thoda pani dal kar aap gaadi sabji bhi bana sakte hai.
  • Masale me mix aaluyon ko 20-25 minute tak pakaye. Aur fir usme kati huyi hari dhaniya dale. Aab aapki rojana ghar mein banne wali aalu ki sabji tyaar hai.
  • Aap ise ghar me sabhi sadasyon ko parose aur garma-garam chapati ke sath khaye. Aur aalu ki sabji ka lufat uthaye.
